Notes:

Shared Calendar: We'll have one Coaches calendar on Google Cal. Each meeting will include 10-15 minutes of time to update the calendar with their coaching roles for the week past and the coming week.
Pre-load team meetings for the year and other major events (report cards, holidays, conferences)

PantherNet: Sharing of files, notes, discussions, book talks

Shared Tag: isbcoaches (Kim)
Delicious will be our social bookmarking site of choice
We will pull the RSS feed from the isbcoaches tab into panthernet and into wiki

Google Docs: Used to share files, collaborate on files, to keep private.

Google Accounts: Every member will have their own google account and share the address with the team.

Book: Coaching Approaches & Perspectives

Beginning of the year tasks:

• Plan book club meetings for times when teachers are not as busy
• Assign facilitator for each book club meeting
• Facilitator leads discussion in PantherNet and F2F for the month.
